This haven of peace offers a relaxing stay for your whole family. This *** holiday home was fully renovated in July 2021 and can accommodate up to 5 people. It is attached to a charming Périgord-style house, located just 7 km from Sarlat. The accommodation features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, television, dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, with bed linen and towels provided. A baby bed and high chair are available free of charge. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate. This accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Ideally located, it is close to remarkable historical sites and beautiful villages such as Sarlat, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, and Domme. You can enjoy local markets, regional specialties, and outdoor activities such as canoeing. Final cleaning is taken care of by us and included in your stay. However, we ask you to leave the toilet clean, the kitchen tidy, and the trash emptied. We thank you in advance for your understanding. Important notes: - Charging your electric car on site is available for an extra fee. - Upon arrival, a security deposit check will be requested. Bedroom 1: one double bed (140/190).
